I've used a ton of different creatine products throughout the years. None of them compare to Cre-8. You can even use Cre-8 as a preworkout if you're sensitive to stimulants. A must have for anyone, especially anyone doing high intensity!

This is a great product, when I first purchased it was unsure of the benefits. I have tried several name brand products with not much to show for it. This product works you feel and the difference I remind it.

I’ve tried many of the variations of creatine and brands. Before this one I was using Ethyl-Esther due to mono always making me bloated. EE was good but I still never felt like it had a good pump result to it. After the first two weeks with the complex blend I noticed I was immediately able to go higher on weights and began to see better physical results in about 3-4 weeks. The complex blend has mono in it but it does not leave me looking or feeling bloated. I started the complex about 3-4 months ago and now I won’t use any other version or brand. Definitely a must have for you gym rats!
